WE’RE BACK. TOG24 STORES START TO REOPEN, SAFELY

Good news! We’re starting to reopen some of our stores from tomorrow.

The safety of our customers and staff is our number one priority so you’ll notice some changes which we have put in place in line with government guidance. These include limiting the number of customers in the store, sanitising stations, on-going cleaning protocols, and the quarantining of returned stock for 72 hours.

The fitting rooms will be closed but you can try on shoes and slip on items on the shop floor. However we encourage you to try on at home and return the items if they are not right, as we have a generous 60 day returns policy so there’s no rush.

We’ve not opened all our stores just yet. This will be a slow phased approach so that we can ensure we are doing the right things, as we progress. We will undoubtedly learn as we start to open stores and we want to get it right: this isn't a race and the safety of our employees and customers is paramount.

Opening hours will vary, so before you leave home please check our store locator where you’ll also find up to date information on which stores are open. We’ve also pulled together a useful FAQ to answer your questions. If you need further help, please contact customer service.

To limit contact, we will be operating a cashless system, so it’s card or contactless only for the time being.

We can’t wait to welcome you back and see some familiar faces. I can promise you there will be some great TOG24 summer bargains to be had!
